When the package send out?
Except weekend, Most of orders will be sent out within 24 hours.
If you do not receive the order or the product damaged(though the rate is very very low)?
We will give full refund or resend to you if you do not receive the order or the product damaged. If the package arrive at last, you can keep it as a gift. As for the damaged the product, you can keep it as a gift.
