Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. After that, we’ll start the packaging and shipping process.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for ordered products if:
- You did not receive them within the guaranteed time as per the selected shipping option and your location. Please check our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- You received the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received
Refunds will Not be provided if:
- You didn’t receive order due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- You didn’t receive order due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- You must return the item at your expense to the address which we’ll give you after we accept your return request. The return address will most probably be in China. The item must be unused.
- Refund amount will only be the product amount minus our shipping cost. It’ll not include anything additional such as customs/import duty/tax/fees added on it by your country’s government/law.
- In exceptional situations, we might refund you without asking for sending back the item. However, this is completely our choice, which we’ll decide based on various factors. We request our customers, not to ask for this. Thank you for your understanding!
*You need to submit refund requests within 3 days of receiving the product or after the guaranteed period for delivery (59 days) has expired, whichever is earlier. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
